The Tool is a free, browser-based utility that lets you add text, images, dates and signatures on top of a PDF and download the result. It runs entirely in your browser; your files are not uploaded to or stored on our servers. It adds content on top of your PDF — it does not retype or alter the document's existing body text.
You are solely responsible for any signature you apply and for the legality, validity, and enforceability of any signed document you create. Electronic-signature laws vary by jurisdiction and document type; some documents may require a specific signing process the Tool does not provide. The Tool is not legal advice. You are responsible for confirming a signed document meets your needs before relying on or sending it.
The Tool is provided free, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CTF Designs and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Tool. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
You agree to use the Tool only for lawful purposes, only on documents you have the right to modify and sign, and not to commit fraud, forgery, or to infringe the rights of others.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
